Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of apri. The operator is a private individual, the owner of the project. By using the service, you accept these terms. Questions: support@getapri.app.

1. What the service is

apri. turns the links you save into structured cards using AI: it fetches the content behind a link, analyzes it, and shows the gist, tags, and the card's fields. The service is available on the web and in the iOS app.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the service. You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google (web and app).
• You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your password secret and don't share access with others.
• We ask for the minimum needed to sign in — email and password (we don't collect a name, age, or phone number). How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Only save content you have a lawful right to access.
• Don't use the service to break the terms of the source platforms, to infringe others' rights (including copyright), or to break the law.
• Don't abuse the service: don't try to disrupt it, bypass its limits, access other people's data, or generate excessive automated load. Limits on how much you can save may apply to your account.

4. Your content

• The links and material you save remain yours.
• To provide the service, you allow us to fetch the content behind those links, process it (including via third-party AI providers), and store it — as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Cards are AI-generated

• Cards are produced by artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes, miss things, or misrepresent them. Verify important facts against the original source.
• Nutrition figures and cooking tips in cards are an estimate and general information — not medical or dietary advice. Nutrition estimates are approximate and depend on what the author of the post stated. Don't rely on them for decisions affecting your health; consult a professional where appropriate.

6. Third-party services and links

The service relies on third parties (hosting, AI providers, catalogs, maps, and others) and shows links to external sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party sites and services.

7. Service "as is" and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always available in the service; for material changes we'll update the effective date at the top of this document. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the new version.

9. Termination of access

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where needed to protect the service and its users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; disputes are handled by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner provided by the law of Kazakhstan. This does not limit any mandatory rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
